To get the gallery started, here are some photos I took on Feb. 12th, 2009 in north Lambton... This is a cabin currently owned by the Barnes family. It sits on the corner of Birnam Ln. and Quaker Rd. in Warwick Township. I can't think of another original, unmodified, in situ cabin in Lambton. If you know of another, please tell us... [Update: Unfortunately, this cabin was torn down in early 2011... ]Here's an old truss bridge; one of only a few left in Lambton. This one, over the Ausable River Cut, in heavy flood, is now closed. This old school house in Warwick Twp. has been converted into a private home. I can't recall the location... maybe someone can remind me. Here's another old school house with an interesting bell tower. As with truss bridges, very few Lambton schoolhouses with intact belfrys remain.

Hey, I think I've been on that same bridge, now overgrown, last October. Got some nice sunset pics from that bridge! [/img] [/img] I've been told that it is the last iron bridge to retain it's original handrails. Attachments:

Hello I like the photos. I know of an old Cabin on Courtright line (80hwy) Its on the North side of the road near Alvinstion just West of Nauvoo road. There is a house behind it but the cabin looks old. Also there is a school house built in 1880 on Downie road south of Bentpath line. It has the old bell tower still in place.

The old blue school house that you do not know the location for is located on Hickory Creek line just West of Nauvoo road on the south side.

Hi Steve, Great site. Most of my photos from Warwick are now available online. In some cases the unrestored photo is used. (I wasn't consulted about which would be online. If you need a restored version just contact me. Paul
